Reasoning #2: What is a reason to benefit the audience (Education Minister or principal)?
Reasoning #3: What other reason can support your idea?
Conclusion: Thank your audience for your time and ask them to consider your idea and the impact it will have.
Be sure to end with a salutation (Sincerely, Best/ Warmest regards, With gratitude, Thank you)
