Mobile phone connectivity quality has dropped significantly in Sydney. Five years ago, there were zero instances of calls dropping out or customers experiencing no reception. There’s also the decrease in the speed and reliability that’s adding to the issues. It must be due to the new 5G towers that have replaced the older, more reliable towers.
