The 4-digit PIN of my bank card has been set so that the first two digits and the last two digits both separately add up to 11.

The first digit is odd and the last digit in the PIN is the smallest of the four. All four digits are different, and no two digits in the PIN are numerically consecutive with each other. So, for example, if the PIN contains the digit '6' then it cannot contain either the digits '5' or '7'.
