Students are taught that the pyramids of Giza were built by tens of thousands of workers using copper and stone tools to cut limestone and granite blocks.

Mr Corsetti disagrees. He believes the extreme precision of some granite cuts shows that the builders must have used a much faster and more advanced method than copper tools could provide.
