There are three ways to cross the Murray River from Anton’s house: · Via the Jackson Bridge on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, only accessible by road vehicles. · By boat across Pipeway creek on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays. It is one of the most crocodile-infested areas in Australia. The ferry service from Oxbow Lake runs on Sundays only. However, it runs on other days only when the Pipeway creek is flooded, or the Jackson Bridge is closed. |
