Mrs Hamza’s son, Kahlil opens the shop every day besides Mondays and Sundays when the shop either remains closed or is opened by Mrs Hamza, who is only there to collect the profits or restock the supplies. The shop’s profits are taken in the afternoons, and restocking is done in the mornings.

Mrs Hamza never schedules the profit collecting and the restocking on the same day and always arrives twenty minutes early for both events.
