Mrs Hamza’s son, Kahlil opens the sandwich shop every day except Mondays and Sundays when the shop either remains closed or is opened by Mrs Hamza, who is only there to collect the profits or restock the supplies. The shop is only restocked in the mornings and the profits are taken only in the afternoons. Mrs Hamza never schedules the profit collecting and the restocking on the same day.
